WHO WE ARE
THE ORIGIN
Project 9:23 was born from a conviction that the modern church has too many spectators and not enough soldiers. Too many men sitting in pews on Sunday and living defeated lives Monday through Saturday.
Luke 9:23 is the most direct, unfiltered call Jesus ever made: deny yourself, take up your cross daily, and follow Me. Not once. Not when it's convenient. Daily. That's the standard. That's the mission.
We started with a handful of men who were tired of playing it safe. Men who wanted more than a Bible study — they wanted a brotherhood forged in the fire of accountability, adventure, and authentic pursuit of Jesus. What began as a small hiking group became a movement.
Today, Project 9:23 is a discipleship ministry calling men to lead their families, serve their churches, and transform their communities — one cross-carrying disciple at a time.
To call men into authentic discipleship through biblical truth, brotherhood, accountability, worship, service, and adventure — equipping them to lead their families, churches, and communities by following Jesus daily.
A generation of men who are done with passive faith — men who carry their cross daily, disciple others boldly, and transform every sphere of influence they touch for the glory of God.
WHAT WE STAND ON
Scripture is our foundation. Every teaching, decision, and direction flows from the Word of God.
We don't do surface-level faith. We pursue radical obedience to Christ in every area of life.
Men were never meant to walk alone. We are stronger together, sharpening one another.
Following Jesus means serving others. We lead by laying down our lives for our brothers.
We refuse to be passive. We step into the battle, trust God in the storm, and stand firm.
Every disciple becomes a disciple-maker. The mission doesn't end with us — it multiplies.
